Business Babes Women in Media Awards

Last Wednesday, Business Babes, LLC hosted a Women in Media & Communications event to highlight major trailblazers in the Philadelphia market. This event was designed to celebrate extraordinary women and honored those game-changing women in the media and communications industry. WRNB Midday Personality, Karen Vaughn co-hosted the event along with The Business Babes and Citations from the Philadelphia City Council were presented to all on behalf of Councilwoman At-Large, Blondell Reynolds Brown. 

Honorees included:

• Haniyyah Sharpe-Brown, Communications Manager for Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds-Brown
• Elizabeth Wellington, Fashion Columnist at the Philadelphia Inquirer.
